Just Empower Next exists to equip individuals and organizations with strategies, resources, and services to confidently step into their next chapter.
Our founder, Jennifer Sanchez, discovered her calling was more than a career in healthcare, it was a mission to empower others. From her small-town upbringing to earning a Doctorate at 23, an MBA in Healthcare Management, and leading across healthcare and business, her path has always been fueled by purpose, service, and impact.
Our Story
During a heartfelt conversation, Jennifer's brother told her words that would change everything: "You have a gift to empower others."
That truth stayed with her. On a flight soon after, she grabbed a napkin and scribbled three letters, JEN. In that moment, the vision became clear: Just Empower Next.
From that day forward, Jennifer set out to create a space where possiblity meets action, where individuals and organizations can bring their future to the present.
Today, Just Empower Next provides strategies, resources, and services that inspire action, create momentum, and turn vision into reality.

Our Founder and CEO
Jennifer Sanchez, OTR, OTD, MBA-HCM, ASDCS, TIE, is a dynamic leader dedicated to helping others achieve meaningful growth. She began her professional journey at UT Health San Antonio, earning her Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree at the age of 23.
Her drive to blend healthcare expertise with leadership led her to complete a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management and earn certifications as an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist and Trauma Informed Educator. In addition, she is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Business Data Science & Analytics in which she hopes to bridge these areas.
A travel occupational therapist with a passion for serving diverse communities, Jennifer has been recognized nationally, including being named one of Sigma Kappa Sorority’s 35 under 35 honorees. Her leadership is rooted in creating connection, fostering empowerment, and guiding others toward their greatest potential.
